The Professional hoods are equipped with a high performing motor having an outlet diameter of 200 mm and s/steel grease filters giving to the product the typical look of industrial kitchens. The air is forced into the ‘labyrinth path’ of the filters increasing the grease captivation level, which are conveyed by gravity and collected in a special tray.
